NigeriaVisaHQ is a visa assistance and consultancy platform. We help Nigerian citizens prepare and submit visa applications to foreign embassies. We are not a government agency, embassy, or consulate. Visa approval decisions are made solely by the relevant embassy or immigration authority. We do not guarantee visa approval.
You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information in all visa applications and documents submitted through our platform. You are responsible for ensuring all submitted documents are genuine. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is a criminal offence and may result in permanent bans, blacklisting, and legal action. NigeriaVisaHQ accepts no liability for consequences arising from inaccurate information provided by users.
Our service fees cover document review, application preparation, submission assistance, and tracking support. Service fees are separate from embassy/government fees, which are paid directly to the relevant authority. Service fees are non-refundable once your application has been processed and submitted, regardless of the visa outcome. Refunds may be considered only if we fail to submit your application.
NigeriaVisaHQ does not guarantee the approval of any visa application. Visa decisions are at the sole discretion of the relevant embassy or immigration authority. We are not liable for any costs, losses, or damages arising from a visa refusal, including but not limited to non-refundable flights, hotel bookings, or other travel expenses.
We treat all documents and personal information submitted through our platform with strict confidentiality. Your documents are used solely for the purpose of processing your visa application. We do not share your documents with any third party other than the relevant embassy or visa processing authority as required for your application.
All content on the NigeriaVisaHQ platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of NigeriaVisaHQ and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NigeriaVisaHQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of our services shall not exceed the service fee you paid for the specific application in question.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, provided fraudulent information, or engaged in any activity harmful to our platform or other users.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or prominent notice on our platform. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
